Telecable, new client of Optare Solutions

The first project has a duration of four months.
The first project chosen to begin our partnership is the reengineering of the process of retention of data from voice communications and Internet connections needed to comply with Spanish regulations concerning this issue and defined in the “Art. 12 of the Law 34/2002 Society of Information and Electronic Commerce”
The project includes the design and implementation work of all the systems needed to do this process:

- Network and services access data collection directly from the CDRs of the fixed and mobile networks and from the access to the ISP services.
- Designing of the database storage architecture
- Design, development and implementation of the web platform for the query and reporting of the retained data.
- Integration with the current process management platform available at Telecable to carry out this work.
With this project, Optare Solutions begin the collaboration with Telecable, the global (television, fixed telephony, internet and mobile) telecommunications operator, leader in the Principality of Asturias.
